IQaudIO Pi-DAC+ Bundle with Raspberry Pi and Max2Play

This bundle offers an optimal use for Max2Play as a high-end audio solution. Just put the delivered components together and you can profit from all of the Max2Play features for the IQaudIO Pi-DAC+. We recommend the bundle to all customers who want to play their music library through a digital-analog-converter on their stereo equipment. The delivered power supply comes with an EU plug for electrical sockets.

IQaudIO Pi-DAC+

The Pi-DAC+ is compatible with the Raspberry Pi A+/B+/2/3. The special feature of the Pi-DAC+ is its headphone amplifier allowing a full HD audio experience through headphones, too. Volume can be changed hardware based and is shared with Line Out. Further pin-strips are already placed on the card to connect other hardware components.

Plug & Play with Max2Play especially for IQaudIO sound cards

Max2Play offers a browser-based administration interface for Raspberry Pi on a Linux basis. With Max2Play, applications (Max2Play extensions) can be installed and administrated on a minicomputer without any Linux knowledge. The controls can be accessed via smartphone, tablet or computer, without connecting a mouse or keyboard to the minicomputer.

The IQaudIO Pi-DAC+ can easily be installed with the help of a Max2Play extension. The extension installs all necessary kernel drivers. After activating the sound card, it can be used by the audio players (e.g. Squeezelite or MPD) for sound output. The volume settings are then automatically set to the optimal levels.
